Hansen International Relations Scholarship

It all started when…

Professor Anderson, who taught Political Science 1, approached me one day when we were in the hall, shook my hand, and congratulated me for receiving this award. I was like what is going on. Then she realized that I really had no idea what was going on, she informed me that I was selected to receive the Hansen International Relations Scholarship, I was like waaaat

Apparently, this scholarship is only awarded to one student a year that must be selected by multiple Political Science faculties. I was lucky that all of the Political Science professors at PCC liked me and recommended me, and for that, I am forever grateful.

This is the first ever award that I received in the United States. Sure, I did receive a sh*t ton of rewards from my high school, but this meant more, since it proves that I can be likable back here in the states.
